Staying healthy and fit benefits the human body by several factors. Exercising a few times a week will give you more energy as you go through a work week. You’ll notice that you have more energy in the morning especially if the heat will makes you tired. It also helps keeping you in better spirits in the heat which will also make the work week go by faster. If you exercise in the heat make sure to drink plenty of water to replenish what is sweated out of your body.
Taking in nutrients to replenish your body don’t forget about omega-3 fatty acids as well as vitamins and minerals. Supplements are a good way to do this. Also a natural way to take in omega-3 fatty acids would be to eat eggs also since they provide plenty of protein.
