Although that pesky little groundhog told us that we should expect winter for another 6 weeks (which we have every year anyway), it is still the right time of year to begin or continue those workout and fitness goals. Many of us made a New Year's resolution to get in shape and lose weight, but like most resolutions, many of them have already fallen short or ended. With spring and summer right around the corner (although you cannot tell with all the snow on the ground) it is time to get ready.
Gyms are great (the Trainyard Gym and Fitness Center in Enola is open 24/7) to begin or continue that fitness and lifestyle resolution. But continuing to do the little things can also make changes. Walking during ones lunch break instead of sitting around reading a magazine is a great way to kick start your healthy lifestyle. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator is another way that you can walk away the pounds and hit those weight loss goals. Working out should not be a job. It should be something fun that makes a positive change within your lifestyle.
