Well, we reached 73 this afternoon at Philly International Airport(after a low of 54) with plenty of sunshine and a light variable wind. Now the wind is out of the south and you'll notice it overnight with a low in the lower and middle 50s(54, 55 in Center City) with just a few clouds.
We'll have plenty of sunshine on Sunday with highs in the upper 70s thanks to a continued light southerly wind; after an overnight low staying above 60 we'll reach the lower 80s come Monday! We'll cloud up on Tuesday ahead of a cold front, but not before we'll be in the upper 70s, but showers and thunderstorms shall hold off until the evening commute.
Behind the front we'll be back below average into the lower 50s and watching the front stall just offshore as an area of low pressure rides along it; right now I'm just going with a partly sunny Thursday, but the model ensemble guidance was further west pushing in rain. I'm not buying that at this moment, but we'll wait and see.
For now, just keep enjoying this little taste of almost-summer and don't forget that you can check out the rest of the 7-day forecast ANY TIME at www.scottderekwx.com/forecast.html !
