75 and SUNNY on almost any day here in South Florida…in practically the middle of winter! How lucky are we? That aside, remember to still take care of your skin, even if the sun doesn’t feel as strong as it is during full blown spring or summer!

Always wear sunscreen (even on cloudy days)! Try a tinted moisturizer! I am a huge fan of Aveda’s Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 15! It provides JUST the right amount of coverage, while still leaving you with an even, all-over glow.

Use a hair product that protects your strands from heat! This will also help protect your scalp, which is so often neglected/forgotten! It is vital to remember that skin cancer does NOT discriminate when it comes to location.

Vitamin K:
