Subway serves healthy submarine sandwiches!

Subway Restaurants offer different types of bread including flat bread. Laila Ali a retired professional boxer and Subway spokesperson stated during an interview, "If you are monitoring your carbohydrates and calories, ask the Subway server to remove the bread from the center before preparing your sandwich."

Stay healthy in 2014! Here are helpful tips while ordering your next Subway sandwich: order a chicken or turkey sandwich, add veggies especially spinach, request a small portion of cheese or omit cheese, add oregano, order Fat Free Honey Mustard or Fat Free Sweet Onion Dressings on the side. Also, avoid adding salt, bacon, mayonnaise and other creamy dressings to your sandwich.

If you have high blood pressure do not order chips and avoid adding pickles and olives to your sandwich. Subway restaurants are located in most cities. Read Subway’s nutritional information

Stay healthy in 2014, Eat Subway sandwiches! Exercise + healthy eating =weight loss. If you are overweight and need to lose weight contact a fitness center, personal trainer, dietitian or weight loss center in your area. Remember, stay healthy remain within your Body Mass Index (BMI) range.
