Stay Active and Wear Active

Only ten days passed since our ‘get fit’ and ‘be healthier’ resolutions have been set. To reinforce exercising, we must wear the right clothes. Active wear can be just as lovely as street clothes; showing your curves, colors, layering, etc. Spandex and polyester are best, making the dry fit material that is needed. By only wearing cotton, the sweat will soak the material, weigh you down and turn cold because it will take time to dry. Spandex and polyester are not only stretchy; allowing you to move however needed, but will also keep you dry. My favorite active wear is sold at Old Navy. They are high quality, have a variety of clothing/style and affordable. Nike and The North Face are also recommended for high quality and styles.
By wearing soft, stretchy clothing and styles you like will make you feel better about following through with the great goals you made. You made them for a reason, knowing that you’ll feel better as the result. Continue and finish strongly with your workouts, don’t let your mind forget that just a few new clothing items can really help you achieve what you planned in the first place. You can do this, so go do it!
