Starting Sunday: detox mind, body and spirit with local yoga instructor Tina Porter

This is the time of year when New Year's resolutions start to fade into the reality of life. For the fourth year in a row, Denver yoga instructor Tina Porter is coming to the diet rescue with a detox program that supports mind, body and spirit.

Tina's five week program series incorporates meditation techniques, yoga and a well-balanced diet plan. She does not prescribe any detox drinks or laxative pills normally associated with cleansing. Instead, Tina guides participants through an organic lifestyle change that is sustainable for this year and years to come.

The program starts this Sunday, February 7th at 1:15pm and will meet for 5 consecutive Sundays from 1:15 - 3:15pm. The meeting place is centrally located on Capital Hill on 13th and Sherman above City O' City.

Tina recognizes that people are more likely to succeed when they have a partner, so the cost is $209 for individuals or $184 per person for friends and couples who sign up together. Payment can be made by check at the first meeting this Sunday.
