Start your day anywhere with Half Sun Salutations

We all have excuses to not do yoga. Finding time in a busy schedule is probably the one I hear the most. It's easier than you think to find a few minutes of yoga. You can fit it into any schedule anywhere. Anywhere you ask? Who says you have to have a mat to do yoga. Doing some simple half sun salutes with variations can open the spine, side body and legs. It's a great way to take a break from sitting at a desk. It's easy to do in the kitchen while waiting for water to boil for your tea or for the coffee maker to do its thing.

Try this simple sequence in any part of your day. Try it on the mat or in an unconventional way, illustrating ways you can bring yoga off the mat and into your everyday world.
