Start the year off right at Welcome Back Fest

It's cold and dark.  Classes have resumed for the quarter at Clark State Community College and students are looking for something fun to do.  Well, the answer is Welcome Back Fest.  This is a FREE concert.  In addition to great music by local Dayton bands, Bonneville and the Jay Walkers, there will be plenty of games and giveaways by local companies.

The date for this event is Thursday, January 21st, 2010.  It will be held at c{space on 20 North Jefferson St. and the time is from 6pm until 9pm.  And, it is completely free. Yes, even the parking is free!  There will be a special lot behind c{space that will be for use of students attending the Welcome Back Fest.  Also, there are also several metered street parking spots that do not cost anything in the evening.  More parking options can be found at EasyParkDowntown.org.  If you do not have a car, the Greater Dayton RTA busline has an online trip planner on their website http://www.greaterdaytonrta.org/

This event is sponsored by National City Banks, the Downtown Dayton Partnership and SOCHE (Southwestern Ohio Council for Higher Education).
