The classic New Year’s resolution always seems to revolve around health: lose weight, eat better, exercise more. To help you TV-fans stick to those resolutions, here are a few tips:
- Instead of skipping the gym on Monday nights because The Bachelor is on, remember that you can watch it on XFINITY On Demand later during some R&R time.
- Before settling into the living room for a marathon evening of Parenthood (or Breaking Bad, New Girl or whatever your vice may be) don’t forget to pack the pantry with some healthy snacks. Here are some snack ideas.
- Maximize your TV time by doing easy, calorie-burning exercises. Here are a few ways.
- Get motivated! XFINITY TV has episodes and clips available online from Biggest Loser, Heavy, Healthy Appetite With Ellie Krieger and Betty White’s Off Their Rockers (Betty is turning 91 years old and is still pulling pranks. If that’s not motivation to get healthy, we’re not sure what is!)
