You will coach and support the team to implement the ordering strategies plan and optimize the automated replenishment system. You will develop and implement the standard DC Replenishment processes and train the team on best practices, develop the DC Replenishment KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reporting as well as manage, coach and develop the Ordering Strategies Analyst.
You must have previous experience in replenishment, supply chain and financial or business analysis. Your experience should include the ability to influence others as well as coaching and developing individuals and managing a team. Computer skills: expert level in MS Excel, MS Access, and SQL. A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Operations Management, Engineering or Business is strongly preferred.
