Starship Starring Mickey Thomas is opening the 2013 concert series at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Local pass-holders always look forward to this annual event, where they get to see all different kinds of bands perform nightly at the America Gardens Theatre. Not to mention, they can sample food and beverages from all over the world. People line-up early for a prime spot at the concerts, and often return for all three shows. The three concerts take place at 5:30, 6:45, and 8:00 p.m.
Starship has been performing at Epcot for years, and every single time they deliver unbelievable performances. This year will be even more exciting, with the recent release of their brand new album titled, Loveless Fascination. You can click here to visit the Starship website to purchase the album, and listen to the single, “It’s Not The Same As Love”.
Fans of Starship are excited to hear the new songs live. Many fans who come to the concerts are local, but some people travel far distances to see the band and experience the festival. It is truly an experience for all senses, and it is a great way to meet people from all over the place who share a love of music.
Starship is performing September 27, 28, and 29. They are followed by the Go-Go’s, who are new to the festival this year. There are quite a few bands performing at the festival for the first time, so be sure to check out the schedule and plan your trips out. Epcot also offers the After 4 Pass, which allows you into Epcot only after 4:00. This is a good way to be able to take in all of the concerts, without paying for a full Annual Pass. Keep in mind, however, that the After 4 Pass does not include parking. It may be worth it to purchase the Annual Pass, which is far more versatile. Disney has added a payment plan to all of the Annual Passes, which makes it much easier to be able to experience the magic.
