According to Forbes as reported on Jan. 22, 2013, the release of Blizzard Entertainment's "StarCraft 2 Heart of the Swarm" cinematic video is now available to the public to be viewed.
"Heart of the Swarm" is one of those most anticipated expansions to the "StarCraft" series coming out on March 12, 2013 and continues forward from the original "Wings of Liberty" game. The theme that's tied into this particular expansion will be dedicated to the Zerg race and it's queen, Kerrigan, Queen of Blades. Not to be confused by the well known Olympic skater who almost fallen victim to another kind of blade. Also, not to be confused by Dwight Schrute's attempt to resemble her in NBC's "The Office".
The usual race of Zerg, Protoss, and Terran will be present along with additional units for each of them to utilize.
The opening cinematic of the game shows Kerrigan unleashing her Zerg swarm and other massive units upon a Terran community that proves to no match against the Zerg race from the falling Terran battle cruiser crashing from orbit into the city, the Terran appear to be doomed. At the end of the video, Kerrigan wakes up on some kind of operating room table after having seen this vision and the scene ends at that point. This will indeed hook fans into giving great interest to "StarCraft".
With the amount of astounding special effects and creativity put into this cinematic feature, it could indeed qualify for some kind of movie of its own.
