Starcade Billiards, located at 34 Eglin Pkwy SE, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is hosting its 8th annual Andy Grubbs Memorial Emerald Coast Open 9-ball tournament on February 18th and 19th.

$1500 added to prize pool
$50 entry fee with 100% payback and no hidden fees
Texas express rules/race to 9/loser's side race to 7 on Saturday/
Double elimination until finals, then 1 race to 12
9' Gold Crowns w/ Simonis cloth
All players must be present and paid by 11:00AM Saturday
Starcade will open at 9:00AM both days, with free practice until start times
There will be Friday night mini tournaments with a $20 entry fee
The event is being Co-sponsored by Robert Harris of Harris Cue Company
