Starbucks and other companies that will reimburse tuition

Starbucks recently announced that it will pay for tuition for college Juniors and Seniors in their employ who wishes to take online classes at Arizona State University. There are no limitations. They can study anything, even if that means leaving their job for a higher paying one when they complete their degree. Freshmen and Sophomores can also apply for scholarships worth $6500 on average. That is a great incentive to attract more smart, hard working college students to work at Starbucks and will definately increase work morale.

Of course, not every college student wants to take online classes, and Starbucks probably won't be able to absorb all the new employees this announcement will send to its door. It is good to know that Starbucks isn't the only company that will pay for your education.

This is very likely only the tip of the iceberg where tuition reimbursement and assistance is concerned. Chances are, that if you work for any major company, a trip to human resources will reveal some kind of assistance for loyal employees to complete or further their education.
