Star Wars: Dine with Darth Vader and Boba Fett at Disney World through June 15

See also

You probably already know about Star Wars Weekends, which runs through June 15 at Disney's Hollywood Studios, but did you know that you can also dine with Darth Vader through that date? While the big Star Wars event is on weekends only, the two Star Wars meals run every day of the week.

First (and most exciting in my opinion) is the Star Wars Dine-In Galactic Breakfast at the Sci-Fi Diner. That's the one where you'll find Darth, along with Boba Fett and an assortment of other favorite characters from the galaxy far, far away. Go to this article for a slideshow of all the characters.

You'll meet Darth Vader and Boba Fett as you enter for your meal. It's $47.99 for adults and $29.99 for kids, with a variety of tasty selections. You can see the menu, along with some shots of the food and other scenes from the meal, in the slideshow accompanying this article. You'll love the little details, like the Yoda-shaped melon in the parfait and the colorful smoking dessert cart that tops off your breakfast with a special treat. All of the food is named with a Star Wars theme, like the Dune Sea (scrambled eggs with salmon and toast with goat cheese spread) and Ackbar Surprise (pan-seared shrimp with cheese grits).

The characters will come right to your table for photos, and in the meantime, you're entertainment by Star Wars trailers, clips, musical interludes and other fun scenes on the big screen. Jump to this article for some shots of the special Star Wars entertainment.

The other meal is Jedi Mickey's Star Wars Dine at Hollywood & Vine. It's a dinner featuring Mickey in his Jedi robe, along with a host of costumed Disney friends. It costs $59.99 for adults and $36.99 for kids.

You're welcome to take your own photos at both meals, and you also get a digital photo as part of your package (you'll love the special Photopass card). The dinner can also be booked as part of the Fantasmic dinner package.
