The Arena Football League's Milwaukee Mustangs continue to tinker with the roster as what has become a very forgettable season comes to an end.

The home part of the schedule will finish up on Friday, July 15th, when the Iowa Barnstormers come in for a landing at the Bradley Center. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

The 'stangs will wrap things up against the I-94 rival Rush in Chicago on Saturday, July 23rd, at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL. That tilt is slated to start at 7 p.m.

Defensive lineman Broderick Stewart, the 6-5, 240-pound former Vanderbilt Commodore, makes his return to the team after being released on July 5th.

Stewart had eight and a half tackles, deflected two passes and forced a fumble in 12 games as a 'stang.

Jerron Ruffin, 6-0 and 190-pounds from Idaho, will help out the now depleted WR/DB corps.

Ruffin comes to Milwaukee after having played parts of four seasons with the Calgary Stampeders of the CFL He racked up 61 tackles, recovered a fumble, forced a fumble and had one pick in the Great White North.

Bowling Green's Nick Torresso (6-2, 300-pound) will also toe the line for Milwaukee. He had 38 tackles, a sack and a forced fumble in his collegiate career on the D-line.

The three players replace a trio headed to Injured Reserve status, de facto ending their seasons.

Antoine Burns dislocated his knee during the 76-55 win over New Orleans last week. Burns had 44 catches for 460 yards and six touchdowns and split time on kickoff returns.

D-lineman Luis Vasquez and the O-line's Albert Stinson after just six and two games, respectively.

The Mustangs have a variety of ticket deals for the Iowa game on Friday night, including a free ticket to the Milwaukee County Zoo with the purchase of any $14 seat (or better).

Tickets are available at the Bradley Center box office, through Ticketmaster, at or call Julie at the team's office, 414-224-4000.
