Former Stampeder quarterback Henry Burris, who is now the starting quarterback for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats was intercepted three times in the first half. The three Tiger-Cats turnovers led to 17 Stampeder points.
In all the Stampeders defense had five interceptions with Jamar Wall collecting two of them.
Stampeders quarterback Kevin Glenn completed 17 of 26 passes for 238 yards. Stampeders wide receiver Jabari Arthur had an outstanding evening as he had four catches, two of them for touchdowns, and 103 yards receiving. Stampeders running back Jon Cornish was also great as he had 114 yards on the ground and an additional 15 yards receiving.
The Stampeders improve to 10-3 and Hamilton drops to 6-7. The Stampeders will next play the Winnipeg Blue Bombers next Saturday at McMahon Stadium. Game time is 4:30 p.m.
