Millennium Farms officially announced its stallion roster on Dec. 3. Four stallions will be standing during the 2014 breeding season including Grade I victor, Swagger Jack. Stud fees become payable when foal stands and nurses.
Even the Score is sired by Unbridled's Song out of Ashtabula by Rahy. He has sired multiple Grade I winners, i.e., Dullahan and Take the Points. Even the Score has sired 14 stakes winners and 32 stakes horses.
Giant Oak is sired by Giant’s Causeway out of Crafty Oak by Crafty Prospector. He is a well-bred sire and a multiple Grade I winner. Giant Oak’s first foals are going to be yearlings in 2014. This stallion ran on all surfaces equally well from dirt, turf to synthetic. He has established himself as his sire’s leading son on dirt, having earned over $1.2 million in dirt earnings.
Swagger Jack is sired by Smart Strike out of Lyrical Prayer by The Minstrel. He only recently retired from his racing career (see writer’s article: Latest Thoroughbred retiree Swagger Jack will stand at Millennium Farms) and is their new stallion to stand the 2014 breeding season. Swagger Jack is a Grade I winner and is his sire’s leading earner for 2013.
Student Council is sired by Kingmambo out of Class Kris. By Kris S. This stallion is a multiple Grade I winner and successful second-crop sire. Already he is the sire of stake winners on turf and dirt – including Sister Ginger and Honey’s Ryan. Student Council has earned over $1.5 million.
