Stacy Thereza to lead the LA Outlaws Dance Team

The Los Angeles Outlaws a minor league football team out of the Los Angeles area announced tonight, the addition of Stacy Thereza to lead the teams Dance Team.

She brings an impressive resume and will also assist in overseeing in-game promotions and entertainment.

Stacy was a previous dancer for the UNLV Dance Team and has performed in many showcases with Grossmont College. She served as the Director of Dance for the well known acting and modeling school, John Robert Powers and became a Dance Consultant with the talent agency, Gonna Be Productions.

She was previously the Dance Team Director for the NovaStars, a professional dance team for the American Basketball Association. She has danced under the direction of Lisa Elizalde from Ballet Manila in the Philippines and has been apart of a string of ballet companies in San Diego, California.

Stacy is professionally trained in both ballet and pointe but now considers herself a “retired ballerina.” She holds a Bachelors of Science in Communications with a minor in Dance from Arizona State University. She is a certified Dance Teacher through Dance & Gym USA and holds certification in Dance Terminology & Awareness. Dance is her passion and football is her first love. She plans on pursuing her education in Dance Medicine while her Sundays are dedicated to her beloved San Diego Chargers.

She brings her experience as a Dance Team Director for a sports franchise to the LA Outlaws and is looking forward to the inaugural season! Go Outlaws!
