Chicago author Stacey Ballis will read from her new novel Good Enough to Eat on Tuesday, September 14 at 7 p.m. at the Webster Place Barnes & Noble (1441 W. Webster Ave.).
Good Enough to Eat chronicles the personal and professional journeys of a Chicago lawyer-turned-organic-chef who, after losing half her body weight, is left by her husband for a larger woman.
Ballis, a freelance writer and consultant, has written four other novels, all set in the Windy City.
