St. Patrick's Day Parade in NYC is Saturday, March 16th

The 2013 New York City St. Patrick's Day Parade will kick off at 11AM on Saturday, March 16, 2012. The parade begins at 44th Street and goes up 5th Avenue to 86th Street ending around 4:30PM. This year's Grand Marshall is Alfred A. Smith IV, and, this year marks the 252nd march of the St. Patrick's Day Parade in New York City.

Parade Route:

Begins at 44th and 5th at 11AM and ends at 86th and 5th around 4:30PM. The parade heads North on Fifth Avenue.

Traffic Notes for March 16th

The Central Park transverse roads will stay open to traffic. Pedestrian crossing along the parade route will be allowed on 49th Street to 55th Street, 57th Street and 58th Street, 59th Street eastbound only and 60th Street westbound only.
