During the period of Dec. 12 through Dec. 19, the St. Helens Police Department investigated the following incidents:

Dec. 12, 2013— A theft from a vehicle is under investigation.
Dec. 12, 2013— The rape of a female juvenile is under investigation. Dec. 13, 2013— A female juvenile was referred to the Juvenile Department for theft after taking cash from her mother.
Dec. 13, 2013— Daneyon L Brown, 26, was cited for theft following shoplift incidents at Ace Hardware and Wal-Greens.
Dec. 14, 2013— Christopher A Ivey, 21, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and illegal alteration or display of a vehicle plate.
Dec. 14, 2013— A 15-year-old female juvenile was reported as a runaway.
Dec. 14, 2013— Lance C Garver, 44, was arrested for assault and strangulation following a domestic disturbance.
Dec. 14, 2013— It was reported that a 14 year old female juvenile had sex with a 19 year old male. It is under investigation.
Dec. 15, 2013— Paulina May Frakes, 36, was arrested on an outstanding Columbia County Circuit Court warrant.
Dec. 15, 2013— Cynthia Ann Hamilton, 52, was arrested on an outstanding Columbia County Circuit Court warrant.
Dec. 16, 2013— Leeann M. Jensen, 24, was arrested on two outstanding warrants.
Dec. 16, 2013— David Michael Jensen, 35, was arrested for probation violation warrant.
Dec. 16, 2013—Bradley Swint, 24, was arrested on two outstanding warrants.
Dec. 16, 2013—A male adult was reported as a missing person.
Dec. 17, 2013— Nicholas Eric Chappelle, 32, was arrested on three outstanding warrants.
Dec. 17, 2013—Yvonne M. Wallin, 26, was arrested on five outstanding St. Helens Municipal Court warrants.
Dec. 17, 2013—John Wesley Ellett, 55, was arrested for theft and on an outstanding warrant following a shoplift incident at Rite Aid.
Dec. 19, 2013— Nicholas Eric Chappelle, 32, was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender.
