Fifty years ago, St. David's Center started as a small preschool in the basement of St. David's Church. Today, they have more than 20 different programs including respite care, therapies, autism support, and more. They serve more than 2,500 children and families not only with with their preschool but also with many other learning and support activities.

St. David's Center will also be opening their new toddler playground which is the first in Minnesota to have both inclusive and natural play elements for children 16 months to 3 years at all stages of physical, cognitive, and social development.
In addition, the Minnesota Vikings, who are also currently celebrating their 50th year, will have their cheerleaders and mascot, Viktor, at the celebration. John Randle, Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinee, will be signing autographs as well from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
