Sriracha lime salmon

4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

Marinade Ingredients
2 tsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. lime juice
½ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. pepper

Sauce Ingredients
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. sriracha
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. honey

In a bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients until well combined. Combine with salmon fillets in a sealed bag; chill for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results). Grease a pan and cook salmon on medium-high. The fish will begin to slightly blacken and grow flaky. Remove skin. In a bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients. Pour this mixture into a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Drizzle the sauce over the cooked salmon and top with cilantro. Enjoy!
