SAN DIEGO, CA. – Spyder a large female mixed breed dog is recovering in the Shadowridge Veterinary Hospital (SVH), after a house fire almost took her and her family’s life over the holiday season.
SVH has been unable to contact Spyder’s family who is believed to be staying at the Red Cross shelter after losing everything in the house fire.
Spyder’s road to recovery has been a tough battle, but SVH states, “Spyder is doing well in her recovery, but there's a long road ahead of her.”
SVH has been taking on the financial support of her recovery but is asking for the public’s help with her overwhelming medical care.
A Project Kennel Komfort supporter has opened up a chip-in to help raise money for Spyder’s ongoing medical care.
