Sprint also plans to support BlackBerry 10

It wasn't fifteen minutes ago that I hit publish on an article informing you guys that AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon will back up BlackBerry 10 that I came across news from Fierce Wireless that Sprint also plans to support the new devices from Research In Motion.

Originally, it was unclear whether or not Sprint would carry the Z10 and/or X10 smart phones, but FW confirmed it in an interview with the mobile provider's director of device product marketing, Trevor Van Norman, that the company, "...Still thinks it's a viable OS."

He confirmed that Sprint will be listed as one of companies that will carry the smart phone, but did not divulge in any information as to exactly when they plan on selling them.

RIM is holding an international Launch Event that will officially unveil the new OS and phones on January 30. Here in the States, the event will be held in New York City, and as a member of BlackBerry Elite, I will be there to report on all the juicy goodness!
