Born in the USA singer Bruce Springsteen and his E Street Band performed the AC/DC classic “Highway to Hell “ in Australia this weekend.
The song was a gutsy choice for an opening number and performed as a tribute to original AC/DC singer Bon Scott in his hometown Down Under.

The performance featured a 3-guitar attack including Tom Morello with the Boss hammering out the vocals to a song hard to pull off by anyone. Bon Scott died tragically in 1980 but as everyone knows the band played on and continued to top charts for decades.

Legend had it that Scott himself chose his successor in AC/DC after watching Brian Johnson sing shortly before Scott’s death.

Springsteen and his E-Street Band also visited Bon Scott's grave in Fremantle while in Australia.
