Springing into shape this season

While the weather begins to warm up this season, everyone is taking advantage of the outdoors for some exercise. Be it jogging, hiking, cycling, walking, golfing, or tennis playing, any type of cardiovascular activity is great for the body.

Springing back into shape takes some dedication so here are some health and wellness tips to help stay on track.

Buddy Up: Find an exercise partner with the same fitness and weight loss goals in mind

Don’t Get Discouraged: While the first couple weeks will show the most dramatic weight loss on the scale, it normally reflects water loss – the weeks following will be fat which comes off more slowly

Energy Boost: After a hectic day of work and family, it’s hard to think of exercise, so be sure to take pure marine supplements such as premium oyster powder, shark liver oil, and wild Alaskan sockeye salmon oil for endurance, help in anti-inflammation, and a boost in immunity

Fitness Diary: Log down those fitness times and food intake to keep on track

A fitness lifestyle change can be achieved with realistic planning and a hint of fun.
