Beware the Ides of January! Not really…Just head over to the Springfield Motorcycle Show this weekend at the Eastern States Exposition Buildings, 1305 Memorial Avenue, Springfield, Massachusetts. This is an annual motorcycle event that has something for everyone, in fact, it is family-friendly. In addition to many shopping opportunities for bikes and motorcycle gear, the show is packed with highlights, including: a bike competition—participants enter to win cash prizes and bragging rights; a biker build-off, with some of the best builders, including Justin Reid, Longwood Customs, Breaklite Motorsports, Jake Cutler, Barnstorm Cycles, and Ray Tourigny of Rayz Rod and Custom; the Ms. SMS Competition—area women will don their favorite biker attire and compete for a cash prize (ladies, bring your attitude!); The Great Paint-Off—four great artists will compete live during the show. The World Series Motorcycle will be at the show on Saturday (this is a Boston Red Sox tribute bike).
Special guests to appear will be Javier Santana of JS Custom Cycles, Amsterdam, NY, paint artists Jasan Banas and John Guillemette, and Paul Teutul, Sr. and the OCC Crew will be at the show on Sunday. New York Rider Magazine will have a booth there from Friday through Sunday, so be sure to come visit us. For more information and directions, visit their website at: http://www.osegmotorcycle.com/
