Easy Strawberry-Lemon Cake

  1. 1 box (18 ounce) strawberry cake mix
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  4. 1 (20 ounce) can strawberry pie filling
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cake mix, eggs, and lemon extract in bowl. Fold in strawberry pie filling.
  • Pour in a sprayed, floured 9x13 baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Tasty Tidbit: Frost with your favorite vanilla frosting. Or spread with Cool Whip.
