Salmon Ceviche

The following recipe is quite possibly the easiest meal you can throw together in under 10 minutes, WITHOUT THE USE OF ANY HEAT! It is also extremely light and healthy, only aiding in your looking stunning in your beachwear!

Serve it up as a snack, appetizer, side dish or nibble, this bite is a crowd pleaser... Unless your crowd is full of vegetarians or vegans!

Salmon Ceviche

  • 1/2 pound wild salmon
  • 1/2 tbs capers
  • 1/4 small red onion
  • 1 tbs chives
  • 1 tbs basil
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 small lemon
  • salt & pepper to taste

The best way to serve this up is with crunchy vegetables such as lettuce boats, cucumber slices, raw cabbage or baked vegetable chips like eggplant, zucchini, etc!
