Summer Outdoor Film Series

Sunburst Races - Downtown South Bend - 6:00 am

Frozen Sing-along at the state Theater - 12:00PM and 3PM

To Kill a Mocking Bird - South Bend Civic Theatre -7:30 pm

Downtown South Bend, Inc. has partnered with the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center to provide three screenings of classic films this summer at the Gridiron, in front of the Former College Football Hall of Fame.

Frozen is back on the big screen at The State SB with a special Sing-A-Long edition this Saturday! There will be two showings, at 12pm and 3pm with a costume contest at taking place after the first screening ends (near 2pm). Tickets are $5 and available online or at Indiana Rug Co. & Textile Fabrication, Inc..

Friday, June 6- Musical, Singin’ in the Rain (1952)

Friday, July 25- Sing-a-long, Frozen (2014)

Saturday, August 23- Classic throwback, Jurassic Park (1993)

The Summer Outdoor Film Series is a chance to partner with family and friends. Screenings are free to the public and held outside at the Gridiron adjacent to the South Bend Chocolate Factory. The screenings start dusk (approximately 9:30 pm) and are weather permitting. Viewers are encouraged to bring their blankets, chairs, and snacks.

Downtown South Bend, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization in partnership with the City of South Bend, dedicated to the progress and growth of the city. DTSB works to benefit the city through through economic development, business recruitment, marketing.
