We just passed the derby and are now in full swing as we head toward summer, but before we get there, we've got some delicious recipes to share with you today. Ketel One Vodka is quite the versatile liquor and can be enjoyed in a number of ways, aside from your typical sipping.

The two recipes we're going to shine a light on today are the Ketel One Dutch Mule and the Ketel One Grapefruit Julep, both of which require traditional Ketel One Vodka.

The former beverage, the Ketel One Dutch Mule, is a fairly simple drink to create. If you do not have a copper mug, it's highly recommended you purchase one, but be warned they can run you up to $30 a pop depending on where you purchase yours.

To get back on track here, the Ketel One Dutch Mule is made up of traditional Ketel One Vodka, fresh lime juice, ginger beer all served in an iced copper mug. It's fairly simple to make, add in one and a half parts Ketel One Vodka and three fourths of lime juice into a copper mug with ice.

Then go ahead and top it all off with some ginger beer, followed by a good stir. If you wish, garnish the mug with a lime wedge and you're ready to enjoy!

The second and final drink recipe you will not want to miss out on is the Ketel One Grapefruit Julep. You will need traditional Ketel One Vodka, fresh lime juice, fresh pink grapefruit juice, pomegranate syrup, mint leaves and honey syrup for this drink.

First, you need to combine one and a half parts Ketel One, one half part fresh lime juice, three fourths fresh pink grapefruit juice, one third pomegranate syrup and eight mint leaves all into a mixing glass. Then add in one third part honey syrup before stirring. Add ice into the glass and then shake it all up. Finally, strain the liquid into a Julep Cup or Collins Glass filled with crushed ice. A sprig of mint or grapefruit twist both work as a garnish.

The spring is finally in full swing so stop by your nearest liquor store and starting enjoying spring the right way.
