Vintage jewelry and fashion are making a comeback. Classic looking beauties strolled the Red Carpet during the 86th Academy Awards held earlier this month. Stars wore plenty of whites, metallic and classic black ensembles. Simple, yet elegant appeared to be the theme as jewelry brands from Tiffany & Co., Bulgari, Chopard and Neil Lane stole the spotlight.
San Francisco has a unique jewelry scene of its own and stylists such as Sasha Maks has been aiding San Francisco socialites with their Red Carpet looks since 2009. Sasha Maks Vintage launched in January 2009. The eclectic and glamourous collection spans the best of 20th century costume jewelry, from the bold, geometric style of the 1920s Art Deco to the over-the-top glitz of the 1980s with a focus on the Pop and Mod jewelry of the 1960s and 1970s. On April 2, 2014 in San Francisco, Sasha Maks Vintage is kicking off spring fever by inviting guests to view one of a kind vintage jewelry to compliment this season's floral and pastel attire. During the evening, guests will receive a special sneak peek of Ziesche Modern Apothecary skincare line which will be available for purchase at the Beauty Company this summer.
