Spring exercises part 1 to help improve your health by the other Lance

As mentioned in a previous article, just like the snowman with its stick arms we need to improve our shape for better health and strength. A simple spring exercise that can help shape your arms is pushups. Now is the picture above the writer is using a couch to help support his legs while doing pushups. Start off with 3 sets of 5 pushups every other day and increase that number as you the reader get more comfortable with this exercise. Performing the exercise this way helps provide support to the lower body while enabling a person to build their upper body strength. This variation of this common exercise can help you the reader to get the benefits of an upper body workout without putting too much stress on upper extremities like a person’s shoulder joints and back. Another way to do this would be to perform the pushups with on your knees. Eventually you would want to be able to do pushups the more traditional way using your legs and feet while keeping a similar posture, the writer will display that traditional form in another article.
