Re-energize yourself at the Indigo Women's Retreat May 14-16, 2010.

As the blooms burst with new life this spring, a lucky group of women will realize a similar transformation – on the inside. From May 14 to 16, Indigo Connection will present its annual Women’s Retreat “You: The Energized Woman” at the Idlewyld Bed & Breakfast in Lakeside, Ohio just outside Marblehead on Lake Erie. Registration is now open.

Hosted by Betsy Muller, a life and energy coach based in Strongsville, the retreat will offer women the chance to take time out for themselves and create a positive transformation. In a charming atmosphere within walking distance of the lake, retreat goers will escape their busy lives to find peace within themselves.

“My vision is to open up unlimited possibilities for each woman,” said Muller. “I will help them to discover and experience the variables that balance and build their energy and spirit. My goal is for them to return home with a greater sense of their own light along with the tools to keep it burning even stronger.”

Muller, a professional speaker, author and certified energy health practitioner (CEHP), has hosted the Indigo Women’s Retreat for the last four years. Through her personal coaching services, Muller specializes in helping people of all ages feel great, live well and stay organized. In addition to retreats, her company, The Indigo Connection, offers individual coaching, wellness programs, practitioner training and a women's coaching and networking breakfast event held every month for the last four years. Betsy will also be facilitating an experiential women’s retreat in Maui HI, October 17-23, 2010.

“Betsy and the women from the retreat supplied me with what I had been searching for, for a long while,” said participant Lea Ann Conway of Valley City. “I now feel that I am on my way with the strength to do what it is that I was sent here to do. I continue on my journey with my soul filled with the love, peace and friendship that I found at the retreat. I thank Betsy, from the very bottom of my being.”

Featuring six speakers, educational presentations and hands-on sessions with holistic practitioners, retreat attendees will experience a relaxing, yet full schedule of events. A keynote by Muller Friday evening will open the retreat with a discussion titled “What Do I Need and What Can I Give?” In addition to an impressive schedule, the retreat will offer healthy and delicious dishes with catering from Amy Schottenstein of Summer Stock Food and Flowers.

“Betsy’s retreat is a perfect blend of individual and group activities,” said Ann South, who has attended the retreat each year since its inception. “The retreat is a loving and spiritual gathering of amazing women.”
