Spring celebrations with VOGA Italia sparkling wine

See also

It can be hard to find a wine that works for your hors d'oeuvres, starter course, main course and dessert during the Spring holidays. After all, if you're not a sommelier, you're probably not going to feel like popping up and down to pour different wines for guests. VOGA Italia sparkling wine to the rescue! I was glad to be hosted to experience it.

It's a full-bodied Prosecco with, to my palate, toasty bread notes. I would definitely serve it with both sweet and savory courses. This is what they say about it:

A light golden color and fine perlage give way to aromas of white blossoms and ripe fruit. It is very smooth in the mouth with yummy fruit flavors and a crisp, citrusy finish.

I recently poured the sparkling wine at a very romantic dinner on the porch -- I was celebrating my pound puppy's, Mr. Jefferson, 13th birthday! On the menu was Trout Almondine from a local French bistro, pate' de foie gras and select French cheeses. VOGA Italia sparkling wine went with everything!
