Spring brings the Peshawbestown Round Dance on Saturday, March 29, 2014

The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians (GTBOCI) is hosting the Peshawbestown Round Dance on Saturday, March 29 at the Strongheart Community Center.

This Social Gathering and Community Event is open to the public free of charge.

The Feast begins at 5 p.m., followed by a snack at 9 p.m.

Those attending are asked to bring a dish to pass for the Feast.

The Master of Ceremonies will be James "Bud" Day, with Joe Syrette handling the duties of Stickman. Invited singers include Hokie Clairmont, Elijah Stevens, Wayne Silas Jr., Marcus Denny, Matthew Isaac and Darrell Hill.
