Gawad Kalinga Hampton Roads (GK-HR) will host a fundraising bowling event at Pierside Lanes (Gate 5, Hampton Boulevard) on Saturday March 2, 2013 from 1:00 -4:00 pm.
Cost is $20 per person and additional donations are welcome. Costs will include free games, shoes, pizza and guaranteed great camaraderie.
Format is open but may include teams (dependent on number of participants) playing two-lane tournament style.
Proceeds will be contributed to the construction of the Villasis GK Community Center in the Philippines. All checks should be made payable to GKUSA.
There will be a pickup and drop-off area at the Base Visitor’s Pass Office (on right side of Hampton Boulevard across from Gate 5) if vehicle does not have base pass from 12:00-1:00 pm.
