'Spring Awakening' makes its theatrical debut at The Company Theatre February 21

With lyrics by Stephen Sater, music by Duncan Sheik, and based on a play by Frank Wedekind, ‘Spring Awakening’ is a coming of age story about teens exploring a whirlwind of emotions in a repressive society. Love, heartache, desire, humor, and tragedy are just a fragment of this extraordinary story.

With a cast of fascinating characters and a Grammy award-winning score that includes ‘All That’s Known,’ ‘I Believe,’ ‘Left Behind,’ and ‘Whispering,’ ‘Spring Awakening’ is an edgy and surprising journey in which the New York Times proclaimed, “Broadway Will Never Be the Same.”

Directed by Zoe Bradford with musical direction by Michael Joseph and choreography by Corinne Mason, ‘Spring Awakening’ debuts for the first time at the Company Theatre of Norwell on Friday, February 21 and continues Thursdays through Sundays through Sunday, March 2. This show contains mature themes and is not recommended for young children.
