Easter is tomorrow and if you are wondering where to spend the day with your family and friends, check out Fogo de Chão! It is an amazing restaurant that brings to life the different flavors and foods of Brazil right to the heart of Houston. Offering both lunch and dinner specials for Easter (and any day of the week), Fogo de Chão boasts of a menu few can beat. Try the "newly-introduced lighter seafood selection" along with any other fire roasted meats that are hand carved to each person's liking. Choose from dishes such as the filet mignon, lamb chops, pork ribs, ribeye, chicken wrapped in bacon, and the house specialty picanha. There are also many choices in the gourmet salad and sides bars to choose from. A few Fogo favorites are, "Southern Brazilian side dishes suchas pão de queijo (warm cheese bread), crispy hot polenta, and caramelized bananas are served family style," says a spokesperson from Fogo de Chão. Ingredients

1 ½ cups of parmesan cheese
1 ½ cups of corn oil
1 cup whole eggs
1 ¼ cups of manioc (yucca) starch
1 ¼ cups of sour manioc (yucca) starch
1 cup of 2% milk

Fogo de Chão pão de queijo

1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer.
2. Spray cup cake tray with vegetable oil. Pour mix into cup tray filling each to the top.
3. Place it in oven 350 degrees for 15min, until light brown.
4. The bread should be baked and served immediately, so you can truly enjoy its full flavor.
5. SERVE and ENJOY!!!
