As reported here, an elite group of young performers from the Central Arkansas Performing Arts Academy (CAPAA) in Cabot will entertain at the Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios in Florida during spring break.

This profile is of McKenzie Marks, 18, a student at Cabot High School.
Q: What was your first role?
A: Johnny Appleseed's mother when I was in first grade
Q: What other roles have you played?
A: I have be doing theater since I was five. I went to a performing arts school for grades kindergarten through fourth. I am very blessed to have played over twenty different roles. I have also done scenery, props, and costumes for several productions. I have been a costume designer, stage manager, and student director.
Q: What roles do you hope to play in the future?
A: Wednesday Addams (The Addams Family), Meg Giry (Phantom of the Opera), and Toffee (Zombie Prom).
Q: If you had to choose one--acting, singing, or dancing--which would it be and why?
A: Acting because my favorite part of theater is to be able to play and dress up as magical and creative characters.

A: Always--and I mean always--follow your dreams and don't let anyone tell you you can't do it.
