Designer Giambattista Valli presented his sporty yet chic Moncler Gamme Rouge Fall/Winter 2014-2015 collection in a well-attended show during Paris Fashion Week Womenswear Fall/Winter 2014-2015 on March 5, 2014 in Paris, France.
Moncler Gamme Rouge Fall 2014 is about the coats, which were presented by both male and female models and were quite unisex. Coats and jackets were often teamed with simple black leggings and loafers.
Expect to see generously-cut winter coats with metallic detailing, color-blocking and splashes of bright color such as tangerine orange and canary yellow and even camouflage print. There are also some very stylish tracksuits for both men and women.
Valli’s zig-zag motif grey and white coat with pewter detailing is especially lovely, as well as the gold, black, grey and orange color-blocked coat and his alligator embossed leather coats.
The gorgeous gold, black and white coat with different sized and colored spots reminds me of a Gustuf Klimt painting!
Unexpected in such a rugged, as in sporty and durable, Fall/Winter Moncler Gamme Rouge collection were the addition of hip-length and full-length furs.
Then there was the quite stunning, orange, black and grey patterned coat, which is dressy enough for eveningwear as are any of the metallic coats that offer plenty of glitz…
Making their own fashion statements at the Moncler Gamme Rouge Fall 2014 show were Anna Dello Russo in her oversized mauve hat, Giovanna Battaglia in her lovely pale pink cape and stylist Charlotte Stockdale in her very artsy coat.
