Children's Protective Services is one of the spookiest things in America, and every westernized country in the world.
They are absolutely lawless, and operate exclusively on creating terror in parents.
Threats, coercion, intimidation are their tools. They are the most accomplished of liars. Why anybody believes a word they say is mystifying. The Minion Media spreads their propaganda as if it is the gospel truth.
There are now literally thousands of webpages and blogs operated by people whose lives have been wrongfully destroyed by CPS.

My horror story started in December of 2007 and it does not only involve lies from CYS it also involves threats.An enormous amount of fabrication of evidence from CYS and corruption that goes deeper than anything anyone can ever imagine.Judges,District Attorneys,Human Services,my ex-husband and even as far as the police department being encouraged to file false charges against me.I have lost my daughter for good at the hands of people who claim to be working for the best interest of the children.When it came to my daughter that was not the case.I was blamed when my daughter stepped off school property and skipped.My daughter was lied to about me.You name it they did it.As a matter of fact the agency set up to monitor them is even refusing to hold them accountable for the actions they have taken.My life will never be the same and I will never be happy after what these monsters and liars have been allowed to do.
My horror story? For almost eight years they have been after my child. Three times now they have taken her. Twice they have been proven wrong. We are working on the third. I am twenty-seven weeks pregnant and they have had her for twenty-three weeks. They took her without a real warrant and tried to hurt me and my dad (who she was with.) When we went to court, they tried the usual reasons and the judge was going to send her home. They ended up using my hubby's disability against us and then lied to the judge told him that I was going to put our daughter in foster care. I was NOT. Judge believed them. ordered my hubby to get surgery done. It's not safe to get done! We finally got proof and before then though we had went back to court, they used the fact that I am pregnant against us! Now they are saying that HER behavior is holding her away from us! Asked lawyer if he would talk to judge about earlier trial, MAYBE IF I can talk to him. She is due to be away through the holidays. Dec 6th
Like the impact of the movie "night of the living dead", I was astonished that the social workers and judges in Lee County Florida had no regard for the welbeing of children, or respect for the law, but after waiting 1 year for an appealable judgment, and another year for the ruling of the Court of Appeals finding Judge John S. Carlin abused the discresion of the Court in terminating my parental rights when there was no charge against me, nor finding of abuse or neglect, Then the horror of having to go back before him only for him to rule " Reverse and Remand" is vague and subjet to interpretation, and since we aer the ones doing the interpretation, I'm going to reorder the drugging of JB and Deny your petition for reunification and visitation is also denied. No Justice No Peace

Perhaps a haunted house with CPS workers, dependency attorneys, CASA workers, juvenile court judges, service providers, etc. would be a good idea. On second thought that would scare the heck out of people that have never been through the system and I wouldn't want anyone to have to experience that.
My granddaughters are being held captive by the Surry County DSS, these monsters act like the gestapo, I never believed any of this till it started happening to my daughter. I have my one granddaughter in "kinship care" right now, I am truthfully scared, we have retained an attorney. All this on a MADE UP allegation by the daycare, one bruise on the buttocks has started a maelstrom. One fall down two steps can ruin your life, watch out, watch out!!! Please pray for my family. These so-called CPS workers are liars and monsters.
OCCS in MN falsely befriended me during a time when I was in a mentally/emotionally abusive relationship.When things got so bad they removed my son & placed our daughter in protective custody.The main objective at that point was my son returning home.I did everything they told me to do-domestic violence counseling, psychological evaluation,etc.After realizing this man would not do his part,I finally left with our daughter the first chance I got,but it was too late for OCCS.Even though they cited the reason the kids were unsafe was because of him & the place I moved to/people I moved in with were found acceptable,they still took her & gave me more to do.Yet every step forward I made didn't matter to them & all the intimate details I confided in this social worker at a time when she said she was helping me got twisted & turned against me when it came time for trial.They filed TPR's against me and won with both kids including an appeal.First he vicitimized us & now OCCS punished us!!Why??
It has been 2 yrs since my escape & I am doing better than ever.I work for a daycare,have a great support system of family & friends,every day is a step forward.None of this fazes OCCS.All the progresses,the achievements,the proof that my children have a safe loving parent to come home to (& always have) is irrelevant to OCCS.Now the reasoning is not that he did wrong,but that I took too long.I was living independently within 6 months of leaving him.I had always & continued to maintain steady employment.I kept in constant contact with both children as much as they would allow.I still attend counseling.I have limited contact with my son(16) & have had no contact with my daughter(6) since last feb when the tpr decision was made in OCCS favor.They cite this as "giving the foster family a chance to bond with kids for upcoming adoption".Rehabilitated drug addicts,recovering alcoholics, former inmates get opportunities for reunification.I'm none of those & OCCS just keeps pushing us apart!!
I am going to compare their law to gods law what is the first ten commandments do not covet a mans house his maid servant his ox where is a car owe my the government covets everything we have even our child!
And you are so right what do they do in the wee hours of the night CPS Agents party sex and drugs than they terrorize us saying what have you dune? They lie so much they do not know the difference from their own child and one they have stolen and say it is mine! The truth is these people are darker than the color black! When Satan handed out lies CPS was their and clubbed everyone on the head just so they could taste the first one!
