Sleeping with your feline is no longer unusual. In fact more than half of the people in Spokane who own cats admit their cat or cats consider their owner’s bed to be their bed as well. Truth is, cats often get the best spot on the bed and owners curl around them so or sleep at the edge of the bed so as to not disturb their feline’s slumber.
It has been reported that even with allergies, cat owners refuse to kick the cat out of their bed, even after buying an expensive cat bed. It is not unhealthy to sleep with your cat, unless you have allergies, and even then there are medications to take which will smooth things out in most cases.
Cat owners let their cats have full run of the house. They wake up when their cat wants them to, go to sleep when their cat hints at it and surrender their pillow to the cat.
The sweet sound of purring is comforting and just to reach out in the middle of the night to stroke the soft fur is a true source of comfort and serenity to nearly every cat owner.
Cat lovers will even wake up in the middle of the night to have play sessions with their cat and it is not uncommon for them to get up to feed their felines or let them go outside and come back in—even when they have a cat door.
People in multi-cat homes have as many as five cats sprawled out on the bed and come clean and confess they not only give up their bed, but sofas and recliners as well.
Cats seem to naturally know how to butter up their owners to such a degree, they will gladly follow their every command.
