Splendor in the Glass going strong at year 24 (Photos)

Guests celebrated the 24th annual Splendor in the Glass event at the Las Vegas Hotel February 9. More than 60 wineries, breweries and distilleries were present this year to deliver the elegant beverage experience that gives Splendor in the Glass its widespread acclaim.

Bottles made their way in from across the globe, encompassing Napa Valley to New Zealand. Distributor Southern Wine and Spirits also took the opportunity to feature new additions to classic labels, such as Grand Marnier Cherry and Patron XO Café Dark Cocoa.

Complementing the endless drink selections was fine food and a celebrity chef guest appearance by Hubert Keller, who runs Fleur at Mandalay Bay and Burger Bar at Mandalay Place. Chef Keller impressed patrons with a live cooking demonstration during the event.

Jazz performances and a live wine auction added to the festivities, all benefiting Vegas PBS. Arrangements are surely being made to commemorate the 25th annual Splendor in the Glass Next year, in what looks to be a landmark occasion for this treasured event.
