From the moment we are born, our soul carries with it an imprint of experiences from past incarnations and most importantly, the essence of our Creator. We are in these bodies to work through issues to move toward wholeness, so that our soul continues to evolve. Wholeness comes from putting God first in our life.
Spirituality affirms wholeness
Conscious people form Divine Routines and Choices that affirm self-love, gratitude, and forgiveness, as well as taking care of one’s body temple by exercising and choosing more foods from Mother Earth. Development of spiritual well-being and consciousness is a process, like a slow simmering stew, not like a fast food burger that is made in a flash.
People who are expressing their Higher Self choose more plant-based whole foods, water to hydrate, look within to heal their bodies, use natural body care products on their skin, minimize nutrient depleted foods like highl- processed sugars, and give their bodies love through meditation, massage, and positive self talk.
Food as a guru
Through our relationships, even our relationships with food, the universe conspires to teach us exactly what we need to be learning at any given time. Food may not seem like an obvious teacher because it may not look like our idea of a guru. But when the soul is nourished by wholesome food, it emanates into our outer experience through Divine Choices breed vibrant health and provides sustenance that makes spiritual well-being thrive.
Spirituality releases food relationship struggles
Our Higher Self exists, whether we are aware of it or not, often buried under the fears and learned behaviors, such as accepting the Standard American Diet (SAD) as the way we should eat. Divesting ourselves from what no longer serves us are just some of the food relationship struggles we will face in this lifetime. As we awaken and embody our spiritual well-being we will become more attuned to our body’s desire for Divine Nourishment.
