    I've recently realized the importance of taking time to relax. I had gotten to the point where i was frazzle to no return and I wanted a 40 hours break versus the i hour perday that you spoke of for i was ran down! Taking time for peace is a beautiful thing! It truly does calm the spirit and and allow you to handle situation with much more ease! Even so that i often ride in my car without music or the radio. Soothes my soul! :)

    I answered NO to number one too...but just recently the doctor said if I don't do something relaxing for me I won't be able to help myself or anyone else for that matter. And by helping myself I am sure she was talking about my spiritual self...she said doing something even 5 mins a week for myself would be more beneficial than I can imagine. Good blog!
