This year marks the fourth anniversary of the death of the legendary Michael J. Jackson. Since his passing, a void has been left in the hearts of many fans, as well as in the music industry. His work as an artist and philanthropist continues to live on in the hearts of many. With his 54th birthday just days away, famed director Spike Lee is celebrating the singer's life in a big way. Lee will be holding his annual celebration of the King of Pop on Sunday, August 25 at Output in Brooklyn, NY.
The event, titled Forever Michael Birthday Celebration, gives fans a chance to dance, sing and reflect on the life and legacy of one of the most prolific entertainers of the century. Music will be provided by DJ Spinna, with Spike Lee serving as the official host.
Forever Michael Birthday Celebration will be held from 6 p.m.- 12 midnight.Tickets for this event are $10 at the door. All attendees must be 21-years of age or older, and must have photo identification.
